Essential Wedding Film Collection – A la Carte – Starting at $3,600
Many clients want to build a package that reflects their unique personalities. With the Essential Collection, you can select just the moments and finished films you would like to have.
The core of the essential collection is the “Foundation” which includes 2 videographers, up to 8 hours, and a 6 minute Highlight film with on-line / streaming delivery – $3,600

Ceremony Experience Film – $600
An edited, finished film of your full ceremony
Toasts / Speeches Experience Film – $600
An edited, finished film of your speeches / toasts.
NOTE: Can also include rehearsal dinner speeches if booked
Upgrade Highlight Film to Short Story – $900
Take your finished film from 6 minutes to 10 minutes.
Upgrade Highlight Film to Feature – $1,800
Take your finished film from 6 minutes to 15 minutes.
Sneak peek film – $600
Approximately a 90 – 120 second teaser of your wedding film
Video Guestbook – $600
60 – 90 minutes of family and friends leaving you thoughts and wishes during your reception. We then take all of the footage and create a finished film for you. NOTE: You can also add this item if you are scheduling a rehearsal or additional day (brunch) after your wedding.
Additional Hour of Filming – $500 p/hour
When adding additional hours either at time of booking or adding day of, the following will apply:
– With two – videographers $600 p/hr
– For just the primary videographer $350 p/hr
Rehearsal coverage $1,200*
Up to 3 hours during rehearsal dinner for special moments and speeches. One videographer.
Many of your friends and family that are speaking at the rehearsal, will probably not be speaking during the reception. So, this is a great way to capture these moments. Clips may be added to highlight/short story/feature film, and toasts with be added to live edit film.
*If your venue has a sound system, we cannot guarantee the quality or the ability to connect our recorders. If your dinner is in a large space that needs a sound system, we will provide one for you.
RAW / Doc Edit Film – $900
So, some people call raw files a doc edit, some people call a doc edit raw files, but what exactly do you get?
I’ll take all of the uncorrected video files from the day, and create a LONG video with all of the usable film clips with basic color correction. Audio is as recorded from the camera. (No additional cleaning up or music added) This video can be anywhere from 30 minutes with elopements to 3-4 hours. It really just depends on your day.
If you have ordered the ceremony and speech experience films, we will include those edited films into the timeline where appropriate.
The raw file / doc edit film is delivered to you digitally using a large file, web based transfer service.
Non Disclosure Agreement:
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) are available for privacy-conscious clients. With a signed NDA I won’t display your films, disclose your names, or publicly discuss any information related to your event. Please contact us for additional details and pricing.
Elopements
Up to 4 hours of elopement coverage is available Monday – Thursday for up to 20 guests. Friday, Saturday and Sunday booking are only accepted for available dates less than 2 weeks away. Otherwise wedding film pricing applies. Travel fees may also apply.
Coverage – Filmed by Ken Sipes, typically 2 cameras and off camera audio.
