Many of our couples choose to have us document the “Rehearsal Dinner” if they know the majority of the toasts, well wishes and intimate stories are going to be shared the night before the wedding, instead of during the reception. These toasts, and words from your loved ones are fleeting and precious, and something that shouldn’t be chanced to just memories or photos.
Until February 29th (or until the date is booked) you can add Rehearsal Dinner Coverage to your 2016 full day wedding package for just $200… that’s a savings of $600!
About our Packages…
Because different couples value different things, we work with you to design YOUR film. In 10, 20, 30 years when you sit down to watch your film with your Children and even Grand Children, we want you to have the moments you knew you would treasure the most and would want to share.
You can begin by selecting either our, Beautiful Day or Magical Memories starter packages. While these are complete full day packages and you don’t really need to add anything else, some couples do want to add some of the items in our “Options… Build Your Own Package” section below.
As most couples are only going to hire a wedding videographer once, we encourage scheduling a meeting or call to go over what you are looking for so we can discuss the best way to create the films / memories you will treasure.

Video Guestbook – $400
Station set up for 90 minutes for guests to leave messages for the couple. Additional hours can be added @ $200 p/hr.
Additional Hybrid – Love Story / Invitation Film – $400
2-4 minute hybrid film with stills and short video clips in a music video format. Send us up to 50 digital images and or short video clips and we’ll compile into a fun and memorable “Love Story” or “Invitation” film.
Master Files – Finished Films / Raw Files / Deleted Scenes – $400
All finished films, plus all of the raw audio and video files from the day delivered on a portable hard drive.
NOTE: We only guarantee archiving of your files / films for 90 days after your film delivery.
Drone/Aerial – $500
Aerial footage of venue, area, etc., to share the special location and details of your venue. For your safety and to not distract your guests, we do not film during your ceremony.
Rehearsal / Dinner – $800
Available with “package” booking. Includes up to 3 hours rehearsal and dinner the day before the wedding, within 30 miles of ceremony / reception location. Also includes video guestbook for up to 90 minutes during dinner.
4K Upgrade – $800
Record and output your wedding film in 4K. While the technology is just beginning to become the new normal, in several years 4K will be “old normal” as we move on to better resolutions. When you watch your films in 10-20 years, even 4K may be “old” but you’ll have used the best available at the time.
Additional Filming
Additional Coverage Hours – $250 p/hour
Additional on-site hours, p/hr when added before event date. (2 videographers)
Overtime Coverage Hours – $400 p/hr
