About Essential Wedding Videos…
- We only book one wedding per weekend (Fri-Sun)
- Up to 5 hours onsite filming of Ceremony and Reception
- 1 staff videographer
- 2, sometimes 3 HD cameras
- Off camera pro audio recording
- $900 – Filming Only
Finished Videos and/or Raw Files…
- RAW Files on Portable Drive (Thumb Drive)
- $300 plus sales tax on entire package
- Highlight Film – 5-7 minutes
- $600 with on-line delivery (no sales tax)
- Ceremony – Speeches Video – 20-40 minutes average
- $600 with on-line delivery (no sales tax)
- All films can be delivered via flash / thumb drive
- $50 per set, plus sales tax on entire package
Important Notes…
- Choose any finished video or raw file option anytime. Files will be saved for 90 days after your wedding, so you can make your decision even after your wedding.
- Filming during ceremony and reception only… videographer will arrive at ceremony approx 30 minutes prior to ceremony start.
- Additional reception hours are available at $200 p/hour.
- Retainer of $500 secures your wedding date.
- Want multiple videographers to capture your complete day? Maybe some aerial coverage? You can upgrade to any of our Signature Wedding Video Packages up to 60 days in advance of your booked date. (Provided your date is available)
- Valid in Napa and Sonoma Counties. Other locations may incur a travel fee.
