I spent a day at Tamber Bey Vineyards in St Helena visiting with Barry and Jennifer. We talked about the history of Tamber Bey, the vineyards, the passion they both have for their wines, horses, and yes, each other. Before we headed out to the property to meet the horses and see the vineyard close up, Barry was gracious and offered to do a short piece on wine tasting.
What I’ve found over the years is that people new to wine tasting often are afraid to admit they don’t know what they should be experiencing.
